Dryline Restoration ("Dryline", "we", "us"), a division of Argus Group Inc., respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us — name, phone number, email address and city.
• Details about your property and the damage — what you describe in the form, on the phone or during an on-site visit.
• Job records — photos, moisture readings and notes we take while working on your property, used to carry out and document the job.

We do not use advertising trackers on this website.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and schedule service.
• To carry out, document and invoice the work.
• To communicate with your strata or property manager — only as needed for your job.
• To meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Service providers

Requests sent through our website forms are delivered to us by Formspree and Google (Google Workspace / Apps Script), which may process and store that data outside Canada. If we reply to an emergency request by text message, the message is sent through Twilio. We may also use email, scheduling and accounting providers to run our business. These providers may only use your information to provide their services to us.

How long we keep it

We keep job records for as long as needed for the work, warranty purposes, and to meet legal requirements. Enquiries that don't become jobs are deleted when no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent for us to contact you, subject to legal and contractual limits. Contact us using the details below.
