How it works

From flooded to finished in five steps

  1. 1

    Emergency request

Send a callback request day or night. A technician calls you back, asks a few questions and dispatches the nearest crew.

  2. 2

    Inspection

We find the source, map moisture with meters and thermal cameras, and document everything with photos and readings.

  3. 3

    Extraction

Standing water is pumped out and unsalvageable wet materials are removed safely.

  4. 4

    Drying & mould control

Drying equipment runs and is monitored daily. Any mould is contained and removed.

  5. 5

    Repair

We rebuild and refinish the damaged areas, then walk through the finished work with you.

FAQ

Common questions

How fast can you get to my property?

Our crews are on call 24/7. In most of Metro Vancouver we're typically on site within about 90 minutes of your request. Further areas of the Lower Mainland may take a little longer.

How long does drying take?

Most jobs take 3–5 days of drying, depending on how much water there was, how long it sat and what materials got wet. We take moisture readings every day and only remove equipment once materials are dry.

Do I need to move out during the work?

Usually not. Drying equipment is noisy but safe. If there's sewage contamination or significant mould, we may recommend staying elsewhere for a few days — we'll tell you honestly.

How do I know if I have mould?

A musty smell, visible spots on walls or ceilings, peeling paint or recent water damage are all warning signs. We can inspect and check moisture levels to find hidden problems behind walls and under floors.

Do you work with stratas and commercial properties?

Yes. We regularly coordinate with strata councils, property managers and building owners on multi-unit water losses.
