Structural drying in Vancouver & the Lower Mainland
Removing the water is only half the job. We dry walls, floors and subfloors with commercial dehumidifiers and air movers — and measure moisture every day until materials are truly dry.

- One team, start to finish
Surfaces can feel dry while the framing, subfloor and drywall behind them are still wet. Moisture left inside the structure leads to warped floors, swollen trim, musty smells and mould weeks later.
Our drying is driven by measurements, not guesswork. We map where the moisture is, set up the right equipment, and only pull it once readings show the materials have reached their drying goal.

Our process
How our drying works

We size the dehumidifiers and air movers to the space, materials and amount of water.

Daily monitoring
We return to take readings, adjust equipment and keep you updated.

Equipment comes out only when readings match unaffected materials in your home.
FAQ
Structural drying questions
How long does drying take?
Most jobs take 3–5 days. Larger losses, dense materials like hardwood and concrete, or water that sat for a long time can take longer. Daily readings tell us when it's done.
Can I turn off the equipment at night?
Please don't. Drying works around the clock, and turning equipment off can add days to the job and increase the risk of mould.
Will the equipment raise my power bill?
It uses electricity, typically a modest amount over a few days. We note the equipment and run time for your records.
